As much as we want to share the hope in survivors' stories, Artists Against Trafficking considers it much more important to share about the person behind the "survivor" moniker in a way that is honest, empowering, genuine, and unfiltered.
That’s why we have started Unfiltered: A documentary and book project that will show a side of survivors that’s rarely given the spotlight.
To Be Known.
Wison Shante is our very first interviewee. Speaking with Wilson in July of 2022 truly set the stage for the objective of our Unfiltered project. This publication is not about how we can mold and shape the story to fit on a canvas. It's about the survivor. For Wilson, it is To Be Known.
